Job Description:
We are looking for a sales person who is interested in selling financial coaching and step-by-step educational courses that teach individuals, couples and business owners how to take charge of their money so they pay off debt, save more, and develop a new confidence with wealth.
This role is commission based and is very lucrative for the right person.
This individual will be working closely with the company Business Manager and other key team members helping to develop the business by following up on requests to help interested parties assess fit, find the right program for them, and add new clients, plus selling additional services to our existing clients. The time commitment is 10+ hours a week Monday through Friday.
Must haves:
The ability to work independently to deliver results, demonstrated leadership in community and/or professional organizations
Strong verbal, interpersonal and listening skills, demonstrated effective organizational and proactive problem solving skills
Demonstrated expertise in time management and organizational skills
The desire to help people with financial literacy and to assist them in having the life that they want
A successful track record of selling products over the phone using a consultative method
Client management skills including lead tracking, timely follow up via phone and email
Experience in new business development
Excellent computer skills, including MS office. Prior experience with TeamWork Project Management, Time Trade and InfusionSoft is a plus.
