Online Community Manager

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Community Manager to provide support to our management team as we care for our growing online paid programs. The Community Manager will implement and execute systems and procedures, while also handling administrative responsibilities in the areas of sales, marketing and the day-to-day management of the group membership program.

Key responsibilities for this position include:

Screen Shot 2015-11-03 at 3.35.07 PMManage all incoming member emails by replying to questions or forwarding to appropriate team member. Returning voicemails and phone calls from members when appropriate.

Screen Shot 2015-11-03 at 3.35.07 PMHandle cancellation requests and process payments as needed. Assist in the collection of fees for failed payments.

Screen Shot 2015-11-03 at 3.35.07 PMCoach members back into the program when they are struggling to stay motivated and moving forward.

Screen Shot 2015-11-03 at 3.35.07 PMAssist in booking appointments and blocking off time in CEO’s calendar as needed.

Job Description:

This role is a part of the team supporting Own Your Money, Inc., a financial coaching and education company based an hour northwest of Boston, MA. (Proximity to our headquarters is not required but is a plus.)

This position requires a minimum of 3-5 years in an Administrative role with Customer Service responsibilities. The budget for this position is starting at 5-10 hours per week (specific hours are flexible) for $15-$25/hour (rate based on expertise, depth of experience, and additional skills you may possess that would be beneficial).
