MOST COMMON FAQ’s
I’m having an issue logging in to membership site. What browser should I be using?
We find the site operates best with Google Chrome. If you are having additional issues, then please try alternate browsers like Mozilla Firefox or Safari.
How do I change my password to the membership site?
Your ‘Username’ is based on the email that you used to purchase the program. Please note: You may not change your Username, however you can change your password at any time.
To change your password, follow these instructions:
- First, you will need to login to the MMA Homepage. Login here: https://ownyourmoney.com/members/.
- Place your cursor over “Howdy (YOUR NAME HERE)” in the far top right hand corner.
- A drop down menu will appear. Click on the “Edit Profile” icon.
- Scroll down to the section titled “Account Management.”
- You now have the option to “Generate Password.” You can use the automated generated password provided, or you can add your own. Keep in mind, if your password that you choose is considered “weak,” it will ask you to click on the box below ‘confirming’ your weak password.
- Once you have a password you are satisfied with, scroll down to the bottom of the profile page and click: ‘Update Profile’.
If, at any time you forget your password, please email support@ownyourmoney.com, and we will be happy to give you your most recent password used.
How do I update my credit card on file?

How do I add my Spouse for free in the program?
Please email support@ownyourmoney.com with your spouse’s name, phone and email address and we will include them on all related program emails.
To access the member site, they will use your login information. Be sure to share your “Welcome” email with them so they have all the login information as well.
When are the Group Money Date and Q & A Calls with Belinda?
Each month of your program, you will have a chance to join your community of Money Makers live and work through your financial to-do list on the live ‘Money Date’ call.
Additionally, there will be a separate “LIVE Q & A” session with Belinda where you can get your questions answered on the spot and learn from everyone else’s challenges.
You won’t want to miss these informative calls so please check the calendar on a regular basis.
If you can’t make the live calls, no problem! Recordings will be available afterward and we will provide you a link where you can submit your questions beforehand and we’ll be sure to answer them.
Call in and webcast details will be sent you via email before each call.
How do I join your exclusive private Facebook Group?
During or just after an open enrollment period, go to: https://www.facebook.com/groups/OYMMMA/, then click “Join Group“(top right). (The group is “closed” so we need to accept you.)
One month after the open enrollment period ends, the group will be changed to “secret.” Then please email support@ownyourmoney.com requesting access and then friend request either “Belinda Rosenblum” or “Marc Rosenblum.” Once connected as “friends,” we are able to manually add you to the group.
Once we’ve confirmed your membership into the group, you may use this as an arena to ask questions, post comments, celebrate your successes, and communicate with your peers. Get started today by introducing yourself, why you wanted to join the program and some areas or goals you’d like to work on.
How do I fill out the Making Money New Client Questionnaire?

Are these videos recorded or live sessions? If they are live, when are they?
The first three Essential trainings in each month will be recorded videos. The Group Money Date with live teaching and Group Q&A is entirely live (and will be recorded). Session timing will vary to accommodate different time zones and schedules. Questions can be submitted ahead of time via this form. Recordings will be posted within 48 hours of those sessions. Also, if you choose the Premium option, your weekly accountability calls will all be live. (-:
Can I upgrade to Accountability (Premium) later?
Yes — if we have availability with our coaches. How long is the MMA Course?
The course is 12 month long, although many people decide to stay in longer as we will continue to develop new trainings!
Consider the first 12 months as developing your financial literacy, and then future months help move you to financial fluency and then financial mastery. You may need more attention on certain skills than others, so consider this a 12 month program with the step-by-step to create your foundational financial knowledge.
Will I still have access after the 12-months is completed?
You will have full MMA access while you are active in the program, but once the 12-month membership completes, your access will be removed. You will have an option to continue after the 12 months. We will contact you prior to the end day of your membership to discuss/offer a renewal. You may download whatever you want/need from the membership site while still active.
