Whew just back from Los Angeles for an in-person event… so exciting they are starting back up.

Although I will say, I felt a bit out of practice and exhausted with all that “peopling”, even as an extrovert, but I did enjoy the warmer weather and view from the roofdeck of our hotel 76 floors up!
Now I’m thankful to be back home and loved the early am hugs from the fam.
And while I was away, there was a BIG announcement on Instagram that YOU as a faithful reader need to know about…
You see, for most of us, we started our businesses with two goals:
- To replace our 9-5’s income
- To help people
And yet, why do 20% of small businesses fail in the first two years, 45% fail in the first 5 years, and 65% fail in the first ten years?
Is it because the entrepreneur created a “bad” business?
Nope! Not at all! Most entrepreneurs are phenomenal experts at what they do.
So what gives?
It’s that most small businesses just don’t have enough people who know about what they do and how they help people to make the money they need to thrive.
Client flow is slow.
Which makes cash flow even slower.
Which is downright HARD.
And is a recipe for failure.
Which is why — for the first time ever — I’ve agreed to team up with Allison Hardy of the 6-Figure Mompreneur to HOST the Income and Impact Summit!
