“I’m a fraud.”

“I’m an imposter.”

“I’m just not worth it.”

These are the words right out of Donna’s mouth.

In some ways, Donna was different than many of my other Cash Flow CEO students. She had over 300k in revenue and a small team.

But on the other hand, she was paying her team more than she took home as the CEO — and she had some mindset challenges that were holding her back from more revenue and more profit. (Which is like many of our students when they start with us.)

“I was working crazy hours and doing all the busy things in my business.”

She thought the answer to her problems was to just figure out her expenses, revenue, and accounting to figure out why she wasn’t able to take more home.

“Sure all those things helped, but the biggest breakthrough was to understand how those mindset things were really holding me back…

Belinda realized that I’m under-charging across the board.”

So together Donna and I worked out a small tweak to her offers to bring in more revenue.

I suggested the price of $1,500 for a 2-2.5 hour VIP session with her.

Her reaction —> I can’t charge that much!”

Get started the right way

by Belinda Rosenblum

This is Julie.

Before I give you MY take on Cash Flow CEO (there’s so much that I can’t wait to share) I wanted you to hear from Julie, a Registered Dietician and Diabetes Educator who joined the program last fall.

She had to majorly pivot when the pandemic hit, so she changed her business to an online model with an online course.

Julie almost DIDN’T join Cash Flow CEO because she already had her books in order and didn’t need “budgeting” advice… But since the program, she’s learned how to hone in what really makes the money in her business.

Now she’s on pace to TRIPLE her net income in only her 2nd year in business.

If you’re anything like her, you probably have set out big goals for 2021. Maybe one of those goals is starting or growing a business…

More than anything, I want you to share your unique brilliance with the world and impact as many people as possible (while making the money you want to and deserve).

…and the way I know how to do that is through money clarity.

It’s by building profitable revenue streams and strategically mapping out your profit plan using the system I teach in Cash Flow CEO.

The last time I opened the doors was in October and many of my students had their best months ever during the 8-week program.

Like Julie, who received $5k in contracted new business.

If you’re like most growing and scaling entrepreneurs I talk to, then chances are you’re feeling a bit… disillusioned.

You’re making the revenue but after everyone else gets paid, there doesn’t seem to be nearly as much left for you as you want (and need).

You thought this was going to be it…

…You have a business, you’re booking clients… and you may even be at 3K, 5K, or 10K+ revenue most months.

By now, you thought you’d be able to work less, have more fun, and have more MONEY to keep!

I can feel you nodding your head.

I get it. Someone recently told me that now that they’re making six figures, they’ve never felt more broke… and they can’t even imagine scaling PAST here, because it’ll just mean more work! ughhh

They’re making six figures, but still living that solopreneur life. And guess what? I’ve been there, too.

In my second year of business, I brought in 155K in revenue. I thought I was totally killing it! That is, until I saw that I spent 152K in expenses. (Over 40% of which went to pay team members… they were getting paid but I wasn’t!)

(As someone who thought I “knew” money, I was so ashamed… until I figured out that small business finance and running a business are NOT the same as personal or big business finance. It is figureoutable, but definitely different.)

I had worked my butt off… only to have 3K to show for it.

How was I going to fix this…? Did it mean I needed MORE revenue like everyone was telling me? Why would I want to scale bigger if I’m only keeping 2% of what I bring in?

mom guilt

by Belinda Rosenblum

I used to feel awful guilt when I was working instead of spending time with my kids.

Maybe you’ve been there…

… You’re on an important zoom leading your class and the kids bust in, excited to share their latest art creation.

… They need homework help, and you’re already behind on a deadline.

… It’s finally a warm day (or a snowy day) and you want to play outside with them, but your afternoon is booked solid.

As we get closer to our free 3-day Make Bank Bootcamp, I’ve been handling it differently.

Here are the 3 things I do:
