I was really disappointed…

by Belinda Rosenblum

Last October, we launched our signature program Cash Flow CEO. Our goal was to bring in 50-100 new students…

And we welcomed 22.

I spoke with several different business coaches after that. The advice was all the same.

Make a new program.

Sell something else.

That would have been a huge mistake… Here’s why.

I’m so glad I stuck with it and went “all in” to support those amazing 22 business owners who trusted me to support them in achieving their goals.

Quick Q for you…

by Belinda Rosenblum

If you want to take home more profits from your business, which one of these options will get you there the fastest and easiest?

  1. Bring in more revenue
  2. Cut your expenses
  3. Manage your money

If I were a betting woman (which I am, but usually only on Blackjack), I would bet you would pick A.

Everyone thinks more revenue is the answer.

And I get how you could think that.

Literally every ad I see is all about “How to increase your Revenue to $10k months” or “How to have a 6-figure launch”…

But NO ONE is talking about what it takes to make profit!

Have you ever just thought that all you needed for your business to succeed and be more profitable is either:

* This next big marketing or launch strategy…

* A newer and fancier spreadsheet for data tracking…

* Or implementing a system like Profit First so you’d be better at budgeting and money management…?

Yes managing the money and having a plan in your business (more on that soon) are important.

And I understand why you think that would be enough.

They are a start, but they definitely aren’t everything.

Freedom…

by Belinda Rosenblum

Freedom. Choices. Options.

It’s often why we start our businesses in the first place.

But when we are feeling money stress or lack, we can’t do the things we want to do.

We can’t be there for our families the way we want to.

We desire freedom but we feel trapped.

I never want another child of an entrepreneur to feel how I did at 13… not allowed to go into my mom’s office because she was working so hard but not able to find the profit to work less — so I kept feeling second place to her work.

Or how my daughter felt when she blurted out that she was acting out because she missed me.

This is why I care… Can you relate?

This is what I stand for.
